Since being diagnosed with ADHD at the age of forty five, I was determined to be open about my experience and share the joy of finally understanding and accepting myself.

I've written blogs, made videos and shared reels on Instagram and Facebook and been really overwhelmed and humbled by how useful people have said they found them.

It has truly opened up a whole new level of connection I never expected to find, and now, where I'm at my most comfortable with a spoken podcast, I only hope that continues.
